For the last three years, Humana’s data and analytics objectives have been led by Cox, chief digital health and analytics officer who has been developing digital care delivery options for users. Before leading the data teams at Humana, Cox was chief technology and digital officer at financial service provider USAA, was chief executive officer, Citi Fintech at financial service provider Citi and spent more than five years at Capital One as an executive in card operations.
In her positions, Cox has been responsible for teams involved with the design, building and implementation of digitally enabled end-to-end experiences and introduced mobile technology for users. Cox was listed as a top three woman to watch in banking in October 2017. In 2015, she was named one of the 10 most innovative CEOs in banking, as well as digital banker of the year.
