Laia Collazos, Chief Data and Analytics Officer, CCEP

My career started as a software engineer and later data and technology consultant, working across European countries, serving government, retail, and media organisations. This was a time of immense change, as businesses began engaging with customers digitally and user experience, advanced analytics or agile disciplines shaped the way we work and interact digitally today.

I am honoured to serve as the Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), leading data platform, data governance, data insight services, data product delivery, data science and AI. I joined CCEP as the Chief Information Officer for Great Britain and later Northern Europe region to oversee the effective deployment of data and technology in the business, and as an introduction to the Consumer Goods industry. As a member of the Business Unit leadership team, I gained first-hand experience in day-to-day operations and decision-making processes, which proved to be invaluable in subsequent roles. 

Prior to joining CCEP, I worked at GroupM delivering global data-driven solutions for trading teams based out of New York. I have over two decades of leadership experience at numerous organisations, with my career beginning as a consultant at PwC, spanning data strategy, operational efficiency, and business transformation across global markets.
