Since joining DIT five years ago, Boldy has moved from being head of business analysis through deputy director, data and digital services, to become CDO in May 2018. She is helping the Department to reimagine its use of data, ensuring staff and partners have the information they need to support UK Trade and Investment. An experienced transformation executive, she has worked with central and local Government to transform adult social care, housing, homelessness and customer contact services having worked for nine years in Rotheram Metropolitan Borough Council in a variety or roles, followed by a year in the Royal Borough of Kingston where her impact included a 93% improvement in data quality.
