Hannah’s team is responsible for providing reporting and analysis across safety, health, and environment and, during her tenure, she has transformed labour-intensive processes saving immense amounts of time, effort, and costs. Her work has focused on building the key foundations for a high-performing analyst team.
Hannah is now turning her attention outwards to ensure that senior leaders and chief officers across TfL are using data effectively and appropriately. To achieve this, she has created innovative tools to provide insights to the business, automation, and the introduction of quality assurance processes, logs, and signoffs.
