What has been your path to power? 

Cheng is an accomplished executive with a career path that has shown impact on both long- and short-term business and financial strategy development, planning, and execution. Joining Holiday Inn Club Vacations in 2019, he leverages best practices in analytics and data management to build business intelligence solutions to measure key performance indicators, proactively identify risks, and evaluate new opportunities.

Previously, Cheng worked at ADT as director sales strategy, analytics and enablement, reporting directly to the chief growth officer to provide analytic insight to drive strategic decision-making across the field, call center and dealer multi-channel sales teams. Prior to this he worked in the higher education sector at Kaplan.
