As global head of enterprise data and analytic at health care business Cardinal Health, Young is responsible for data capabilities, data operations, third party data, governance and quality management. Her recent projects have included data monetisation and the automation of analytics and business processes. The implementation of a data-backed business strategy has improved supply chain transparency and patient outcomes.
Before joining Cardinal Health, Young spent two years at Charles Schwab Investment Management as head of data, insights and analytics. Her previous experiences also include roles as senior vice president, chief data organisation at Northern Trust Corporation and senior manager – information management and Deloitte.
