Goldberg joined Bank of China in 2015 as chief data officer and managing director, with more than 20 years’ experience in overseeing global development, implementation and management of enterprise data governance, data strategy and data quality programs. Previous positions include held various senior data leadership positions for many Organizations including GE Capital, Citibank, Hewlett Packard and IBM.
During his 11 years at IBM, Goldberg led the data management and governance program and transformed the business’s approach to data management and governance globally. As Citibank’s chief data governance officer, Goldberg assisted in establishing a bank-wide data governance and information security program for the Global Consumer Bank.
