Masterclass – Building a successful Data Culture

As part of DataIQ’s new series of monthly Masterclasses, we have invited Josh Cunningham, Group Head of Data Culture and Barbara Salomon, Data Culture Engagement Senior Manager from Lloyds Banking Group (LBG) to share their experience and answer a Q&A on how LBG has introduced an extensive company wide data culture programme covering all 13 Business Units.

The initiative started 18 months ago and has a number of workstreams covering, Data Culture- strategy and communications, Data literacy, Data talent growth, Data capability and Data Events and has reached thousands people within the Group, transforming how the organisation uses data.
