Data and AI Literacy at Scale: Personalising Capability Across the Workforce
- 20 Oct 2026
- 2:00pm - 3:30pm
Entain has been on a three-year journey to grow data literacy, fluency and maturity across the organisation. What began as a focused academy for Product and Technology has evolved into a wider Data & AI Academy, designed to build practical, role-relevant skills and connect learning to business performance.
In this Peer Exchange, Entain will share how it built the academy from the ground up, how it is now using DataCamp and ORBIT, its AI agent, to personalise learning, and how AI literacy is becoming part of a broader workforce capability agenda.
Following the presentation, all participants will be organised into small group discussions to further explore the subject, and learn from the experiences of all the attendees.
We will explore:
- How to build a data and AI academy from focused beginnings.
- How to structure foundational, skills-based and role-based learning pathways.
- How to make learning personalised, credentialled and engaging.
- How to partner with HR and L&D as AI literacy becomes enterprise-wide.
- How to connect capability-building to business value.
