Business Partnering Workshop

This 2-hour digital workshop will teach you how to build the skills required to shift from a transactional service relationship to one that delivers proactive solutions and advisory support to the business. It will help you understand the importance of engaging with the right stakeholders at the right time and how to accelerate trust to deliver real value in key stakeholder meetings and interactions.

  • How do I recognise and prioritise the most valuable relationships and what should I do differently to manage these stakeholder versus everyone else?
  • How can I ensure stakeholders share their plans and problems with me early on, so I can help them achieve their goals?
