Vacancy - Account Support Executive

This role is best suited to a curious candidate looking to gain rounded account management and learning and delivery experience from a well-established function. The role involves assisting our Network Account Managers as they support our range of global members across a variety of tasks, including maintaining regular contact with our members, ensuring over 80% fill rates for our Learning and Development workshops and senior data leader roundtables and masterclasses, as well as facilitating in the delivery of all of these digital offerings.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support live digital training and discussion sessions, acting as co-host and capturing relevant admin for the event.
  • Maintain regular contact with members, updating them about forthcoming workshops roundtables and Masterclasses and being the point of contact for bookings and incoming queries.
  • Support the Network Account Manager with regular collation of Member engagement data ahead of member review calls.
  • Help to plan, execute, analyse and optimise processes.
  • Help to process and maintain all administration relating to member accounts and contacts across our systems and CRM.(Member Platform and Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with our finance, sales and membership teams.
  • Help support our main in person events (DataIQ100, Discussion and DataIQ Awards).

Experience

Some previous experience in either an account executive role or in events or learning experience would be beneficial, but not required.
